Classic little Number
I love this dress, classic cut that can be dressed up or down. I'm a size 12, 168cm tall with an E cup chest and this dress flatters and conceals in the best of ways. I bought both black and teal- both are superb!
Perfect and versatile dress
I have used this dress in a tropical climate for the past three years. And although the water was hard, the dress washed up well each time. The merino material is perfect for humid environments and breathes well on the skin. The dress itself is quite stylish and can be dressed up easily and I often get positive comments on the colour. The length is perfect (for me) and falls just below my knees. I do have the shorter version but much prefer the longer one. It is a versatile dress in assorted climates, and especially for traveling through airports and other countries where there may be clothing sensitivities one needs to adhere too. I have used the dress many times as a nightie and as a tunic, layering it over leggings and long sleeves. Whilst it may not be the cheapest product on the market, I have gotten three years of wear from it and it’s only just gotten to the stage where it will need to be replaced.
Long shift dress
Overall the product is lovely and easy to wear. I'm not wearing it with a belt though and as it is very plain, I don't believe it looks quite as good on me as I'd hoped because the hem is mid calf. But it is really comfortable to wear and I'm considering buying another one!
Wear this every week!
This is a lightweight fabric dress, warm when it is cold and cool when it is warm. I tend to wear it with a silk shirt tied over. Lots of compliments- great foundation for a capsule wardrobe.
I love it!
The dress is soft and falls nicely to below my knee. The teal is a beautiful colour. As I’m taking it travelling I washed it, rolled in a towel and hung in the shower to dry late afternoon. It was dry by the next morning.
In the US, I'm a 12-14. After a lot of measuring and calculating, I got a Large. It is pretty large--probably a US 14-16? However, with the singlet, the Medium I bought is pretty form fitting--which I like and makes sense for its purpose. To those readers doing the same sort of calculations for ordering from Australia--it is good to know that the different lines are sized differently. I think it is lovely fabric, well made, and very straight/simple cut. So glad to have found quality wool manufactured in way that I'm proud to support!
