Payment, Duties, Shipping Times & Costs
SHIPPING & DELIVERY DISPATCH
We try to ship within 24-48 hours of receiving orders and cut off times for same day despatch is 12 noon on a business day (these times exclude after hours / weekend orders).
Delivery time depends upon the speed of the postal or courier service & once it has left our premises we have no control over this. Shipping times are business days from despatch.
3rd Party Post & Courier Services: Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times as this is out of our control and the shipping times are a guide only. If you require a Courier Service such as DHL or FEDEX please contact us for rates.

INTERNATIONAL
We charge a flat postage rate world wide but please note there may be extra charges added by your country of import eg. customs duties, VAT etc this is your responsibility.
For some areas there may be surcharges eg. rural deliveries / remote countries - we will notify you if any adjustments need to be made & and any extra payments required.
*Please note delivery times may vary depending on the Post or Courier Service in each country - there may also be delays in delivery due to hold ups in Customs in different countries which are out of our control.

TAXES & CUSTOMS
We ship world wide. Except for the USA, Import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the price of shipping and are the responsibility of the buyer.
The amount charged is at the discretion of the customs agency within the destination country and is determined, in part, by the value of the item/s.
Payment of duties and taxes are due at/prior to collection/delivery.
Prior to purchase please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs may be added to your order.
When ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If the receiver does not pay the duty & taxes, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to sender and we will be charged the freight. If we have to refund you, we will deduct this extra freight charge plus the original freight and merchant fees charged to us.

USA Duty is calculated & charged on your order and paid to the USA Customs automatically.
We are now using Australia Post to send to the USA and the 10% duty and associated charges are included at checkout and will automatically be paid by a third party, Zonos, to the USA government on your behalf.
If using DHL Courier to the USA, payment is made by the customer directly to DHL. We have currently suspended this option as they won't deliver the shipment until the duty & taxes are paid. If the receiver does not pay the duty & taxes, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to sender and we will be charged the freight. If we have to refund you, we will deduct this extra freight charge plus the merchant fees charged to us.
OUT OF STOCK
If any items are not available we will let you know and offer either an alternative or an estimated delivery time for the item to go on back order.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Cheque or Pay Pal. We do not store credit card information. Credit card information is securely submitted for processing via 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption and we do not see the details. The final amount for payment is charged in $AUS and if purchasing from Overseas this amount will be converted to your currency by your bank with the final amount depending upon their exchange rate.
