OUTER FIBRE: H1-TEX -73% Australian Merino / 23% Recycled Polyester. H1-Tex is especially designed circular knitted merino wool fabric for shoes with its own technology and patent.
INNER SOLE: OrthoLite® insole technology creates all-day comfort. OrthoLite® foams are eco-friendly containing 5% recycled rubber .
OUTER SOLE: Biodegradable Outersole - only 46 grams
SHOELACES: Recycled PET
The H1-Tex Merino is very flexible and has a fair bit of give - below is a guide for fit. Please measure from the top of your longest toe to the heel.

This is a guide only and individual fit does depend upon the wearer.
Malcolm from Merino Country says "I have been wearing a Size 44.5 shoe and I usually take about a men's size 11.5/12 (Australian). My foot measures 28.5cm but I wear them with socks.
Kerrie from Merino Country says "I've been wearing a Size 38.5 shoe and I usually take about a ladies size 8.5 (Australian) and my foot measures 24.5cm.
WASHING: Gentle Machine Wash in Cold Water. Line Dry Only.
How to Clean your Merino Shoes in the Washing Machine:
* Start by wiping down the shoes with a towel to get rid of any loose dirt.
* Next, remove the insoles and laces from your shoes - you should wash these by hand in the sink for the best results.
* On the delicate/wool cycle (cold water) put your shoes in the washing machine. We suggest using a linen bag to protect the shoes.
* Air dry ONLY - do NOT tumble dry as they may shrink.
* Finally, reinsert the insoles and laces and continue to enjoy your Merino Shoes!
How to Clean your Merino Shoes by Hand:
* Hand wash in warm water using a soft cloth to clean.
* Clean any dirty spots with a mild soap solution.
* Air dry ONLY - do NOT tumble dry as they may shrink.
Additional Notes:
* We have found that Mr Clean® Magic Erasers are great to remove dirt & scuffs from the soles of the shoes.
* Do not use bleach or detergent with brightening agents.
* Do not soak in water for extended periods of time.
