Too Tight
I recently purchased a pair of Merino wool underwear and I have to say, I am feeling quite disappointed. The product page recommended that I choose a size down from my normal size, so I opted for a small. However, when the underwear arrived, they didn't fit at all. It was a frustrating experience to say the least, especially considering that the price tag was a hefty $150. To make matters worse, the company does not accept returns for underwear, so I essentially threw away $150. It's disappointing to spend that much money on a product that doesn't even fit properly, and to not have the option to return it is even more frustrating. I had high hopes for these Merino wool underwear, but unfortunately they didn't live up to my expectations. I would caution others to be careful when selecting their size and to consider the return policy before making such a large investment. In the end, I wish I had gone with a different brand or product altogether.

Wool Undies....I'm now a believer!
The idea of buying wool undies took some time to get my head around, but I could not be happier with these. They're perfectly cut to be comfy on my bicycle, they really DO keep your "nether regions" cool, and I really CAN wear them more than once on a bike tour. Great product.

Looked too big and sack-like BUT fitted perfectly
My Son wore them on his motor bike trek across the Simpson Desert and he was super grateful to me for buying them for him. He only took them and they did everything you say they do. They remained soft, smell free and comfortable the whole hot, dusty 'showerless' 12 days. Other riders experienced extreme discomfort and even injury in this area and were very envious of my boy and his woolen underwear!

Kippers wundies
Brilliant very comfortable warm in the winter and cool in the summer

Dad and daughter’s favourite undies
I love my Wundies and I persuaded my 85-year-old dad to buy some men’s briefs and he loves them. He says they’re the best underpants he’s ever had. Glad I didn’t wait until 85 to discover my wonderful Wundies. I’m now trying to use up my other underpants so I can order more Wundies! Thanks a million you clever sheep and Merino Country peeps!

comfy n perfect
Have been my favourite undies for a while (15 years or so). Lots of other undies get advertised on the tv, made of bamboo or grass clippings or whatever, but for me those made of wool are long lasting, breath well and are super comfortable. Recommended.

Extremely good quality and very comfortable
Very good quality. The first ones I purchased 7 to 8 years ago are only just wearing out and I wash them in the normal wash. I often wear other jacks in winter as I had them before coming across these Marino wool ones. They are very comfortable to wear and as advertised, keep you dry in Brisbane’s humid conditions.

Like wearing nothing at all.
I can’t get enough of these classic briefs, they are so soft and comfortable that I forget I’m wearing them. They are a joy to wear at work through hot sweaty days and keep me fresh and dry in all the important places. Worth every cent.

Legends
Hey Tracey, those jocks I ordered at 11:46am yesterday from my hospital bed are now here at the RAH arrived directly to my ward at 9:43am today!!! Talk about great products, talk about service!!! Cheers Jeff

Fabulous
Didn’t like the crème colour but others fabulous

Great but some issues
I love the product, but I’ve found that the gusset on some of the briefs I bought developed holes pretty quickly. The funny thing is this was not on all of them, so it might be because I didn’t follow washing instructions. I will be buying more and making sure I follow the instructions and see how I go. But most of them have not had that problem. I would recommend buying them and seeing what you think.

Wonderful Wundies
I bought my first pack of Wundies (Classic Mens Briefs) about a year ago and have worn them every day through four seasons. They are the most comfortable undies that I have worn, much cooler in hot weather and when exercising and warmer in winter than cotton undies. Always comfortable, when travelling they are the first thing that I pack. I bought a second pack not long after finding the first pack so comfortable every day and have now bought another pack for longer trips. I also love the health socks, wearing them for work in the office each day and on weekends. I have a few other products and my wife also loves the socks and undies. We won't be buying any other underwear except for Aussie grown and made merino wundies.
Merino Country
Thanks Kevin, Am so glad you love our Merino gear. Thanks for the feedback. Cheers Kerrie

Wundies are Wonderful at Sea
Just back from a 3 week sailing trip and noticed how WUNDIES outperformed other undies in wicking salt water away from the skin keeping you warm, dry and chaffe-free!! Definately stocking up on more!! Sailor Pete

Great undies
Great undies, I have bought several pair, unfortunately so are a lot of other people, cannot always get them when I want. but I'm prepared to wait. Well done ,please increase production

Bloody good undies. We produce super fine wool - pity I can't get some with my own wool ☺
Merino Country
Thanks -we love them too. Would be great to have more processing here in Australia so we could process more wool!

Hi Kerrie, I have bought a 4 pack off you guys a couple of years ago and the XL was perfect. They are the best! Soooo comfortable but the thing I noticed the most was the quality. A truly great product! Regards Damien

Wash before Wear. Warm Gentle Machine Wash. Use PH Neutral Detergent (no whiteners/brighteners or stain removers- they do nasty things to wool). Definitely NO Bleach. Warm Iron. Line Dry or Low Heat Tumble Dry (remove from Dryer just before completely dry) and do not wash with with sharp objects.
The more care you give your Merino wool products the longer they will last. Whilst our products are machine washable, to get the best life out of them we recommend handwash or gentle machine wash and please take care with what you wash them in and with.
See our full care instructions here.
Please note - do NOT use any detergents which contain Bleach, Whiteners or Brighteners or stain removers - there are a couple of big brands with bleach/whiteners/brighteners/stain removers which weaken the fibres and create holes in Merino fabric and are to be avoided. If unsure of what to use please contact us on 1800 606 969 and we'll help you out!
AVOID products that say things like "tough on stains" "super white" etc - they'll often have the following wording and are to be avoided - Optical Brighteners, Enzymes, Bleach - either chlorine or oxygen based, Heavy Duty Detergents, Softeners, Stain Removers, "Bio” detergents containing enzymes
