100% Australian Merino Beanie in BRIGHT Colours
Mal and Kerrie from Merino Country have made these colourful Merino beanies to help others going through Brain Cancer.
This is for a close friend, Rob Storey, who battled bravely for 20 months but succumbed to brain cancer on 28th June 2015 – he was only 48 years old. Rob was from a cattle station near Cunnamulla in Western Queensland and travelled regularly to Toowoomba and Brisbane for treatment. He was Mal's best mate - they met as kids and have been life long friends.
Rob used to wear our Merino beanies in both hot and cold weather as our 100% Merino is soft to touch and being a natural fibre let's the body breathe and is comfortable to wear.
Proceeds will go to the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation and to St Andrews Oncology Ward, Toowoomba, who were fantastic throughout part of Rob's Brain Cancer Journey.
