Payment, Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard, Direct Debit, Cheque or Pay Pal.
We do not store credit card information. Credit card information is securely submitted to our bank (Commonwealth) for processing via 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption and we do not see the details.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We try and despatch your order within 24 - 48 hours of recieving it but delivery does depend upon the postal service.
We charge a flat postage rate and use Australia Post and once we despatch your parcel the timing depends on Australia Post.
Standard Post 3-10 days delivery $11 (depends on the Australia Post zone)
Express Post 1-2 days delivery $15 (depends on whether it is in the Australia Post zone)
We charge a flat postage rate world wide and use Australia Post to send overseas.
Standard International Post 10-21 days Post $25
Express International Post 5-7 days $55
Please note delivery times may vary depending on the Post Service in each country - there may also be delays in delivery due to hold ups in Customs in different countries which are out of our control.
TAXES & CUSTOMS
When purchasing from outside of Australia, you will not be charged the Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) which is 10%. However you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
OUT OF STOCK
If any items are not available we will let you know and offer either an alternative or an estimated delivery time for the item to go on back order.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
Goods may be exchanged, refunded or credited to your store account if the item isn't as you envisioned or is not the correct size.
Goods must be in their original condition and not worn or washed and should have all tags, labels & packaging attached and intact. When trying items - please try on after a shower and without talc, deodorant or perfume.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods to return items and we will give you a RETURN FORM & RETURN NUMBER and will know to expect your items in the mail. All returns are to be made within 14 days.
We do not pay the postage for the return of goods but will cover the cost of sending items out a second time only on full price items. If it is a Sale item for exchange you will have to pay the extra freight charge for us to send it out again.
If a refund is required this will be paid back via the same method as we were paid - processing of credit cards is done via 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption and we do not see the details only the coressponding order number.
If no postage was paid on the original order and you require a refund, postage will be deducted from the Refundable Amount.
There are no refunds on Sale items but we're happy to swap sizes or styles if available, or issue a credit to be used another time.
Please neatly fold items and place in a plastic bag for protection. All items must be unworn.

Merino Country warrants that goods are supplied free of defects. Merino Country accepts responsibility for all fabic &/or construction faults. Should you believe that your goods are faulty, please contact us to discuss & arrange for repair/replacement, upon inspection. Merino Country does not accept responsibility or offer warranty on garments that have not been cared for &/or stored according to our recommendations.
Please contact us and we will send you a WARRANTY FORM & WARRANTY CLAIM NUMBER.
We do not pay the postage for the return of goods.
